# Autoresponders

Autoresponder feature allows you to send emails to respondents after form submission, enabling full customization of recipients, subject lines, and email content.

# Configuring Your Autoresponder Email

  • From: The sender's name and email. From name and sender email can be personalized using SMTP setting.
  • To: Enter the recipient's email address. This field accepts only one form field, which must contain a valid email address.
  • Reply-to: Designate a 'Reply-to' email address. When recipients respond to your email, this address will automatically populate in their 'To' field. Only a single address can be set here.
  • Subject: Enter the subject line of your email here. You can insert form fields here to make the subject line dynamic to each recipient.
  • Attachments: Attach files that you wish to send to the form submitter. Maximum file size limit is 25MB.

  • Editor View: [Available to Grow or Scale users], WYSIWYG editor offering enhanced text styling and the ability to insert form fields directly into the email content.
  • Code View: [Available to Grow or Scale users], Code view enables the creation of custom HTML email templates and the ability to insert form fields directly into the email content.
